Here is everything you need to know about your treatment and if you have any further questions, you are always welcome to contact us.

We can book an appointment together at the clinic.

We will NOT perform the treatment if you:
1. Have a history of allergies to hair dyes, henna, or other chemicals
2. Have had brow lamination done within the last 5 weeks
3. Have damaged brows. Use Retinol/Retinoid (Remember to stop using Retinol/Retinoid 1 week before your treatment)
4. Have had a facial treatment containing chemical peel within the last 2 weeks.

We value your time - and ours. That's why we have the following guidelines:

Free rebooking/cancellation:
Contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Less than 24 hours before:
We charge 50% of the treatment price.

On time:
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten the treatment.

Acute illness:
Contact us as soon as possible - and we will find a solution together.

Text, email or call us directly.
