This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how MREVIVE COPENHAGEN ("MREVIVE", "us", "our", "we") collects and processes your personal data when you purchase our products and services, use our services, book treatments, visit our website, and communicate and otherwise interact with us, and to inform you about your rights.

1.2 What information do we collect and how?

We may collect, process, store and disclose different types of personal information about you:

Contact information includes your name, email, phone number and address.

Purchase information includes delivery address, order number, as well as which products you have purchased and information about payments to and from you.

Booking information includes your booked time, type of treatment, phone number, any notes about special wishes or needs, and history of previous treatments.

Return information includes reason for return, condition of the product, desired return solution, transportation and any comments.

Customer service includes the questions and information you provide yourself when you contact us via chat, email, phone or social media.

Technical data includes your IP address, session ID, time, browser type and version, time zone and location, language, currency, your login details and search history.

Usage data includes information about how you use and interact with our website, booking system and social media platforms.

Marketing and communications data includes your preferences for receiving marketing from us as well as your preferred means of communication.

1.3 Processing purposes and legal basis

We only process your personal data when permitted by law. Most often, we will process your personal data in the following cases:

  • If it is necessary for the performance of an agreement we are entering into or have entered into with you, including handling the purchase, booking treatment, delivery, complaint, exchange, etc. cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
  • If it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, e.g. as a result of the requirements of the Danish Accounting Act, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).
  • If you have given your consent, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
  • If it is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests, e.g. in connection with marketing, communication, technical maintenance and user optimization, cf. GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

1.4 Recipients of personal data

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

  • When necessary to fulfill the purposes listed in section 1.3
  • To public authorities such as SKAT and law enforcement authorities
  • For payment service providers (Shopify Payments)
  • To shipping partners (GLS) for delivery of products
  • To our trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf

1.5 Transfers to third countries

Some of our suppliers, including Shopify, are established outside the EEA, including in the United States. We have ensured that safeguards are implemented to enable the transfer, including the use of EU Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs").

1.6 How long do we store personal data?

Contact, Purchase, Booking and Return Information is kept for 5 full financial years after the end of the year to which the purchase, booking or agreement relates.

Information related to "My Account" is kept until you delete the account or it has been inactive for 5 years.

Usage Data, Marketing and Communications Data stored for up to 2 years.

Technical data stored for 13 months from the time of collection.

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to:
