DELIVERY POLICY

4.1 Delivery of Your Order

Processing time: We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed before 11:00am will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday at the earliest.

4.2 Freight carrier

We work together with GLS for the delivery of your goods. The information you provide to us during the order process is shared with the shipping company to ensure delivery of your goods.

4.3 Delivery terms

By completing a purchase, you accept the following delivery terms:

• We strive to process and ship orders within the stated processing time.
• Shipping times may vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.
• Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipping method chosen and the weight of the order. You can see the shipping price at checkout before payment.
• We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments after dispatch, but will do our best to assist you if problems arise.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange return and exchange.

4.4 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• The destination of the delivery
• The weight and size of the order
• Selected shipping method

You will be able to see the exact shipping price before you complete the payment.

4.5 Pickup policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if you cancel your order and choose to pick up your order instead.

4.6 Traceability

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

4.7 Missing or Damaged Goods
