RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
3.1 Right of withdrawal
According to Danish consumer law, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods in physical possession.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement by e-mail to Info@mrevive.dk or phone to +45 93 89 36 95 .
3.2 Conditions for Returns
To return a product, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- The product must not be used or damaged.
- You must include the order number.
NOTE: For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as brow products that have been opened or used) cannot be returned.
3.3 How to Return

- Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you instructions for return.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide.
3.4 Return costs
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. We recommend insured mail as we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
3.5 Refund
Once we have received your return and approved it, we will refund you within 14 days . The refund will be made to the payment method you used for the original purchase.
3.6 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You do not have the right of withdrawal when purchasing:
- Products sealed for hygienic reasons if the seal is broken after delivery
- Products made to your specifications or personalized for you
- Products that can quickly deteriorate or become obsolete
3.7 Right of complaint - 2 Year Warranty
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. The product must be in accordance with the agreement and have the quality and properties that are normal for goods of the same type.
If there is a defect in the product, you have the right to either:
- Redelivery - to receive a similar product without defects
- Remedy - to have the deficiency rectified
- Discount on price - corresponding to the significance of the deficiency
- Cancellation of purchase - if the deficiency is significant
You must file a complaint within a reasonable time. We recommend filing a complaint immediately and at the latest within 3 days for visible defects and within 2 months for hidden defects.

3.9 Treatments - No Right of Withdrawal
For treatments (eyebrow lamination, lash lift and similar) there is no right of withdrawal, as the service is fully performed once the treatment has been completed.
However, we offer a 3-day guarantee on all treatments , which means that if you experience problems with the result within 3 days of the treatment, you can contact us and we will find a solution.
