BOOKING CONDITIONS

5.1 Booking Treatments

When you book a treatment at MREVIVE COPENHAGEN, you accept the following booking terms:

5.2 Cancellation and Cancellation

48 hour cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend your treatment, please cancel via our booking system at the latest. 48 hours before to avoid a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

Absence: If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

5.3 Delay

If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened. If more than 15 minutes delay This is considered a no-show and you will be billed 100% of the treatment price.

Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in us refusing to accept future bookings from you.

5.4 How Do You Cancel?

Cancellations or delays must be reported via:

  • SMS to the phone number: +45 93 89 36 95 at least 48 hours before your appointment
  • Our online booking system

NOTE: We do not accept cancellations or delays via Instagram, TikTok or other social media.

5.5 Changing Booking

Booking, changing times and cancellations can all be done via our online booking system or by contacting us directly by phone +45 93 89 36 95 .

5.6 Treatment guarantee

3 day guarantee: There is a 3-day guarantee on all our treatments. If you experience any problems with the results within 3 days of the treatment, please contact us and we will find a solution.

No right of return after treatment: Please note that no refunds will be given after the treatment has been performed. Once the treatment has been performed, there is no right of return as the service has been fully delivered.

5.7 Education and Courses

Regarding Brow & Lash Lift Academy:

No refunds or returns are available once you have enrolled in the training. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree that payment is final and non-refundable.

5.8 Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to:

  • Show up on time or cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or skin problems before treatment.
  • Follow recommendations for aftercare
  • Contact us within 3 days if you experience any problems after treatment.
